Your Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Construction Planners with a major projects background (in both the public and private sectors) to join our bids and delivery teams.
The Role
Development of detailed project schedules in accordance with the project scope of works
Responsible for overall Planning & Scheduling for all assigned projects
Establishing the Work Breakdown Structure
Resource loading in P6 and resource levelling
Engineering, Procurement and Construction progress monitoring and S-Curves
Update the schedule using QMR.
Critical path analysis.
Earned value management.
Extension of time claim analysis.
Minimum Requirements for this Role include:
You will have a minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project controls and knowledge of project controls policies and processes ensuring all projects are resourced and various methods are used to gauge progress, such as earned value and critical path analysis.
Tertiary engineering qualifications (civil, mechanical, electrical, quantity surveying or construction related field).
Advanced skills in: Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel
Solid experience in a similar role supporting large infrastructure projects.
Hands-on experience in programming software Primavera P6
Ability to work independently.
