Your Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Project Controls Managers with a major projects background (in both the public and private sectors) to join our bids and delivery teams.

Minimum Requirements for this Role include:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior project controls role in construction.

  • Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Finance (or have equivalent significant relevant experience).

  • Experience in Pre-Contracts, Project Start-up and Project Execution.

  • Data analytics in cost, schedule and progress measurement.

  • Earned Value Management.

  • Good communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Team leadership and management experience.

  • The ability to drive and implement change and process improvement.

  • Experience using Cost Control Systems and P6 essential.

  • The ability to identify and analyse risks and issues, and determine their potential impacts. 

  • Monitor and communicate budget shifts, delays, and performance against the plan.
